If you contact us or request a quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, company and message. We use this to respond to you and, where relevant, follow up on your enquiry.

When you browse the site
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website — which pages are popular, how long people stay, and where visitors come from. This data is anonymised and helps us improve the site.

When you arrive from a company network
We use a tool called Snitcher, which identifies the company associated with your IP address. This helps our sales team understand which businesses are visiting our site so we can follow up with relevant outreach. Snitcher identifies companies, not individuals.
